Acroyoga
Acroyoga blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage and the dynamic power of Acrobatics. Classes provide a safe environment to explore truest, connection, and playfulness. Classes can include: asana sequences, partner yoga, assisted inversions, partner acrobatics, Thai massage and therapeutics, acrobatic flying and spotting. We host certified teachers for class series and workshops, and we gather for open practice and play sessions as well.
Flying Monkeys
Flying Monkeys, Kids yoganimal playshops are classes and workshops that draw on the principles and techniques of the Acroyoga system, as well as elements of Anusara yoga, and various forms of dance. We will practice developing strength and sensitivity, courage and coordination, poise and playfullness. We will transform into many different animals, climb, carry and fly our friends. The Wahine Project
The Wahine Project is a program that introduces women and girls of all ages to the sport, the art and the beauty of surfing. A team of talented Wahine's, lead by the founder Dionne Ibarra, offers monthly surf clinics, summer camps, special events and and on going programs.
The purpose of The Wahine Project is to:
• Allow access to girls in the sport of surfing who would otherwise not have
the opportunity.
• Focus on ocean safety and ocean recreation.
• Provide education on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle thru exercise and
good nutrition.
• Promote positive self esteem thru the participation of sports
• Develop a sense of social responsibility and environmental stewardship.
Jennifer Haydu, owner of EVOLUTION studio is special health and wellness advisor to the Wahine Project, and helps assist clinics and lessons as a yoga and surf instructor.
Gyrokinesis®
Move your spine, feel joy...BREATHE. Gyrokinesis® exercises are designed to work the entire body through spinal movement and joint articulation. Based on the body’s natural ability to move forward and backward and side to side, the movements are designed to be rhythmic and fluid. Rather than specific postures or stances being held for long periods of time,Gyrokinesis® exercises are smoothly integrated, seeming more like dance than traditional yoga. Natural breathing patterns are also incorporated into Gyrokinesis® exercises.
Class begins seated on stools, with flowing movements that gently begin to open up the spaces in your body. The rhythmic movements, resembling a dance, martial arts, yoga, and sometimes even swimming, awaken and stimulate all systems in the body. Lubricating the joints, increasing the metabolism, and strengthening and awakening the core.

Yoga for Cycling
Yoga is an excellent tool for cyclists to round out their training regiments through cross training, recovery and balance.
Jennifer gears the practice (the yoga asanas or postures and their sequences) to specifically address somee of the demands and effects of the sport of cycling.
Benefits this program offers:
- BREATH TRAINING: lung expansion, oxygen uptake, access more fuel
- MENTAL STAMINA: practice connecting thoughts to breath to action - integrated animals
are powerful
- ACTIVE RECOVERY is preventative medicine: offset the wear and tear, reduce inflammation
